Product Return Policy
All products are purchased by the Resellers wisely and as per the need of the market
and his capacity to market the product. No excessive stocking is allowed or encouraged
by the company.
In case of any dissatisfaction, manufacturing or packaging defect, Resellers can
exchange the product. The Resellers must contact from whom they had purchased the
product, immediately on receiving the product or maximum within 4 weeks from the
date of Invoice. The Reseller has to provide a reason and return the said products.
In case the customer returns the product, it is the Resellers obligation to satisfy
the customer’s replacements of products.
The Reseller can then return the products, with original Invoice to the Company.
The Company will replace these products free of cost.The reseller must provide
- Product Return Form
- Reason for return
- Copy of Invoice
- Products to be returned
- And the products
All costs that may be incurred in the process of replacement of returned stock will be borne by the Reseller.
Buy Back Policy
The Company provides a Buy Back Policy to the distributor who wishes to resign from his/her distributorship and return any products that he has purchase in past 30 days and that are in good condition, useable, resalable, restock-able, unopened, unaltered and must have a shelf life of at least six months.
If the Distributor resigns from the company the company shall provide a refund for the products to the Distributor after deduction of the amount refunded will be equal to distributor cost of the products being returned, less total CBR/Commission paid out by the Company on the original purchase and free product offers, less 20% service charge.
The Buy Back policy is designed to impose upon the sponsor and the Company the obligation to ensure that the distributor is buying products wisely.
Open Box Deliveries
During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you must report to the company thru deccan connect and mail on disptach@deccanhealthcare.co.in. and take in writing form the transporter / courier recording the shortages with pictures of the open box delivery to claim replacement of short damaged stock. The claim against open box deliveries must be made within 3 days of accepting the open box delivery. Once you have accepted an open box delivery, without taking in writing regarding the shortages and damages no return / replacement request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects.
